If there’s one thing I love, it’s ice cream. Flavour designing, making and eating! So I decided to create a cake displaying one of my favourite ever desserts - complete with fondant wafer basket and cherry on top!

I created this underwater themed cake for a special girls first birthday. Wanted to match the inside with the blue theme so the cakes were - blueberry vanilla, blue velvet and blue marble cake. The little octopus on top is also cake!
